Who is Aaron Coleman?

Aaron Coleman is an award-winning entrepreneur, community advocate, luxury brand strategist, and the founder of Platinum Star Cleaning, one of the Lehigh Valley’s most recognized residential and commercial cleaning companies. Known as “That Cleaning Guy” Aaron has built Platinum Star Cleaning into more than a service business—he has created a brand-centered on excellence, community impact, and servant leadership. His dedication to both business growth and civic responsibility has earned recognition for outstanding community engagement and volunteerism. Aaron firmly believes that successful businesses have a responsibility to elevate the communities they serve, a philosophy that has guided his company from day one.  

Under Aaron’s leadership, Platinum Star Cleaning has donated thousands of hours to community revitalization projects, including the restoration of the historic Phillipsburg Train Station, where his team contributed over 5,000 volunteer hours and helped secure a $173,000 grant for ongoing preservation efforts. Aaron also founded initiatives that bring communities together, including the Phillipsburg Railroad Festival, and has helped raise tens of thousands of dollars for charitable organizations throughout the region. His company proudly supports organizations such as Cleaning for a Reason, providing free home cleaning services to cancer patients, as well as Second Harvest Food Bank, Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber Foundation/Main Street initiatives, and numerous local nonprofits dedicated to improving lives throughout the Lehigh Valley.  

Today, Aaron is expanding his impact beyond the cleaning industry by coaching business owners on how to position themselves as luxury brands within their markets. Drawing from years of experience building a premium service company, he teaches entrepreneurs how to elevate their marketing, strengthen their brand identity, create exceptional customer experiences, and command higher-value clientele.
